Air Canada’s New Best Restaurants 2025

This summer, I had the privilege of traveling from cost to coast for Air Canada, spending three weeks photographing 31 restaurants across seven provinces for the 2025 edition of Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants.

Throughout the journey, I met exceptionally dedicated and talented individuals whose work is shaping the future of Canadian cuisine. Their commitment to craft, innovation, and hospitality was evident in every kitchen and dining room I visited.
